Refund policy

At ToyVella, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
