Every order ships free, anywhere in the world, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery

United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
Europe & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
Rest of world: 15–30 business days

These are estimates. Customs processing, peak seasons and local postal delays can extend them.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Allow up to 5 business days for tracking to start updating.

Customs and duties

Import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Send a photo of the issue and we'll handle the rest.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped, and we're unable to replace orders lost due to an incorrect address.
